Policies


PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS
Guests making a reservation agree to and abide by all following polices and rules, and understand Andrew's Inn reserves the right to make changes at any time. * Master Card, Visa, Discover, & American Express are accepted. * At the time of booking, 50% of the total reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. * 15 days before arrival, the remaining reservation balance will be collected. * If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within 15 days prior to arrival), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected at the time of booking. * In the event you book your reservation through other "third-party" channels/platforms (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), 100% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking—including all taxes, resort, cleaning fees, etc. Pricing on other channels may vary from one another, as well as booking direct via Andrew's Inn website, over the phone, or in person.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Andrew's Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. However, due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, always contact us as soon as possible. We recommend ALL guests to have Travel Insurance due to unseen circumstances, medical situations, flight/travel changes, weather-related issues, etc. Please note that plans vary in coverage and you should contact a qualified insurance professional to learn more about a plan that best fits your needs. * A 30-day cancellation notice is required, prior to your arrival date, to receive a full refund (less a $50 administrative fee). In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days' before your arrival, your deposit and any/all payment(s) will be forfeited and nonrefundable. * A 60-day cancellation notice, prior to your arrival date, is required during special event weeks and federal holidays including but not limited to: Fantasy Fest, Boat Race Week, Christmas, New Year's, July 4th, etc. * A 60-day cancellation notice, prior to your arrival date, is required for Group reservations (3 rooms or more). * If you book via a third-party or alternative platform (Expedia, Booking.com, AirBNB, etc.), these platforms may have different cancelation policies and schedules. Please verify all policies prior to booking—by making a reservation you agree to all policies and schedules without dispute.

RESORT FEE
A mandatory Resort Fee, of 6% of the total reservation(before taxes), will be applied to all reservations. This fee provides guests with access to a variety of amenities and services designed to enhance your stay, which may include: * 24 Hour Coffee Bar * Daily Breakfast (8-10am) * Use of Bicycles (6 on site) * Daily Happy Hour (2-4pm) * Pool and Beach towels/equipment * Filtered Water and Ice * WiFi access throughout the property * In-Room Netflix * Concierge Services This fee is not included in the room rate and will be collected at time of booking based on the aforementioned payment schedule. The resort fee is non-negotiable and applies to all guests.

CHECK-IN TIME (3-4pm)
It's always helpful if we know your approximate arrival time. If you plan to arrive: * Before 3pm, we can store your luggage until your room is ready. * After 4pm, contact us for after-hours check-in instructions.

HURRICANE/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Due to the unpredictable nature of weather, Andrew's Inn does not refund for inclement weather, tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We strongly suggest the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. We recommend ALL guests to have Travel Insurance due to unseen circumstances, medical situations, flight/travel changes, weather-related issues, etc. Please note that plans vary in coverage and you should contact a qualified insurance professional to learn more about a plan that best fits your needs.

OTHER POLICES/RULES
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Andrew's Inn strives to provide a predominantly adults-only experience and environment; guests over the age of 14 are welcome. All Rates are based on double occupancy. An "additional person" fee is $75 per night and is only applicable in the "Malaga" room with a maximum of 3 people. All other rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people. Smoking: All of our rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of [$200] will apply if smoking is detected in the room. There is a designated smoking area in the courtyard-ask a staff member for details. Pets & Service Animals: As much as we love our furry friends, Andrew's Inn unfortunately does not allow pets. We welcome guests with disabilities who are accompanied by service animals that are individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability. Please note that emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under the ADA and are subject to our hotel's standard pet policy. If you have questions about our service animal policy, please contact the front desk before your stay. Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful experience for all, quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.

BICYCLE USE POLICY
Guests are welcome to use bicycles provided by the property as a complimentary amenity during their stay. By choosing to use a bicycle, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk: Use of the bicycles is entirely at the guest's own risk. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by guests while operating or using the bicycles, whether on or off hotel property. Liability Waiver: By using a hotel bicycle, the guest voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any injury to themselves or others, as well as for any property damage that may occur as a result of their use of the bicycle. Loss or Damage: Guests agree to take reasonable care of the bicycles and are financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the time the bicycle is in their possession. In such cases, the guest agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by the hotel. Use Conditions: Bicycles must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any manner deemed unsafe or irresponsible. Guests are expected to follow all applicable local traffic and safety regulations. By taking a bicycle, guests confirm their understanding and acceptance of this policy and release the hotel, its owners, and staff from any and all liability related to the use of this amenity.

PROPERTY/ROOM DAMAGES & INCIDENTALS
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, equipment, or hotel property caused during their stay. A valid credit card is required at check-in and will be authorized for incidentals, including but not limited to: * Damage to room furniture, fixtures, or linens * Excessive cleaning due to misuse or neglect * Missing items from the room or property * Damage to common areas If damage or loss is discovered during or after your stay, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the registered guest's credit card on file, along with an itemized statement. Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the room is left in an unsanitary condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
